Preparation and Order's Delivery

ALREGI SL guarantees the existence of all the products offered on, in case of not having the availability thereof for all customers and the required volumes, the customer will be informed of this circumstance.

The order will be delivered at the address indicated in the schedule established either customer can pick it up at one of the points of sale authorized in a term of 30 days (the collected at the point of sale always are notice, can elapse of 72 h. to a week).

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, except holidays, both national, regional and local, within the schedule established with the customer. At the time of delivery, the customer will be identified and will have to sign the delivery note of the order as the order has been delivered and accepted.

ALREGI SL does not assume any responsibility for the delay in the delivery of orders when this delay is exclusive fault of hired transport. Once the order is issued and the customer has the tracking number is responsible for the contracted transportation agency.

Currently ALREGI SL offers the service of delivery within the European Community, excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
